Big, beautiful room complete with good pictures as well as 2 lounge chairs. I enjoyed kind personnel that ensures guests have a really great stay. It has great and stunning location just off all main attractions in walking distance, the main sightseeing, and the Spanish steps.

Absolutely nothing.

The location was absolutely incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from a late Medieval square. The double room suited us: it had a coffeemaker and a kettle. The staff was REALLY KIND and sweet.

the hotel has a marvelous location very close to Piazza di Spagna and the main attractions. the double room was tidy and had a private safe, central heating, and coffee/tea making equipment.

The air-conditioned rooms at Art House Relais56 are a real lifesaver for someone like me who has physical handicaps. It makes a huge difference in my comfort level! The desk in the room is so convenient for me to work or use my laptop. Having a safety deposit box in the room gives me peace of mind knowing that my valuables are secure. The flat-screen TV provides great entertainment options, especially when I want to relax after a long day. The private bathroom with a bidet is a fantastic addition, making my stay even more comfortable and convenient. The shower in the private bathroom is just perfect, and the hairdryer is a great bonus for someone like me who needs it. I love that this room has a tea and coffee maker. It's so nice to be able to make my favorite hot beverages whenever I want. The safe deposit box is an added convenience for keeping important items secure. The free toiletries provided in the room are a really nice touch, ensuring I have everything I need during my stay. The air conditioning in the triple room is a game-changer, especially during those hot summer days in Rome. The wardrobe in the room is spacious and helps me keep my belongings organized.

Personally, I found that the bidet in the private bathroom wasn't really something I needed or used much during my stay. Others may still find it useful, though.

I truly enjoyed this hotel. the setting was incredible and fantastic, near to Piazza de Spagna and Spanish Steps. I found Brillo Restaurant offering shots and different drinks 1 km away from the venue. the beds with hypoallergenic pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is in the city center and very close to the main sightseeing spots. You can easily walk to all the attractions and explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is near to everything, so you have easy access to restaurants, shops, and public transportation.

The cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired.

During my transit through Rome, I stayed at Art House Relais56 Via Del Babuino 56 Nuova Gestione. One of the great features of this hotel is its convenient location. It is only a 5-minute walk from Spagna, which is the nearest airport, making it extremely convenient for travelers on the go. Art House Relais56 Via Del Babuino 56 Nuova Gestione is also situated at a distance of 2.4 km from Roma Termini, the main railway station, allowing for easy access to other parts of the city.

There was one minor issue during my stay. The wifi in my room did not extend well, forcing me to rely on my own data for internet access.

We had a lovely romantic escape! The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathtub. It was such a treat to relax in after a long day exploring. The location couldn't have been better - we were right in the heart of the city, close to all the major attractions. The staff were also amazing, always available to help us, even with our late check-in. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.

There were a few minor issues during our stay. there was a problem with one of the building doors, which meant we had to wake up a resident to let us in.

Location was mind-blowing, near all main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Clean, spacious room with Instagram-worthy bathroom. Helpful staff and convenient access to public transportation.
